Woocommerce incompatability

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this for a few days. My main product image is appearing fine, but the other images of different views are stacking up and not showing as thumbnails to click on. Turns out when I am using Virtue Premium, I am unable to check the “Enable Lightbox” checkbox in the Woocommerce settings. I tried using a different theme (Mystile) and I am able to check the lightbox, navigate away from the page, and when I come back it is still checked – unlike how it is with Virtue.
I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins, and that had no effect. So I’ve got it down to the theme is doing something strange. Here’s an example of a product page.
Please help, as we’re trying to plan for a big reveal towards the end of next week.
