Page Builder dissappeared after update

Hi, after updating WordPress and Pinnacle and some plugins I’ve found that PageBuilder completely dissappeared from my Pages-page.
When I look at the “Install Recommended Plugins”-page, Page Builder is not installed (anymore).
When I try to install the plugin again, after a while I get the message that installation failed. I also get a message that the “targetfolder already exists. /var/www/clients/client23500/web47647/web/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/”
As I used PB allthrough my website the whole design on every page has gone wrong. I use Pinnacle 2.1.2
Does anybody know how to cope with this annoying problem?
