Editing and Accessing Email Templates

Hi!
I would like to be able to edit and preview all the email templates in Woocommerce. When clicking on each template (configure) the message is:
“To override and edit this email template copy woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-cancelled-order.php to your theme folder: virtue_premium/woocommerce/emails/admin-cancelled-order.php.” –

But how can I access these files from the WP Dashboard to edit them? I didn’t find any tutorials about it either and I really need to go through these templates and edit them to suit my business and customers.
