Slider disappears at certain resolutions

Hi,
I’m using the Flex slider for a simple website I developed for a customer.
However, we’ve noticed that at certain resolutions, the slider disappears.
I’ve disabled the option to use a more lightweight slider for mobiles, and the image for the slider (just one slide) is plenty large enough.
The only thing I can think of is that this happens when the top navigation overlaps onto a separate row or line break.
