Use the same color and size of the left navigation menu to right side bar

Hello guys,
In my site I am using the left navigation menu, My goal is use an right side bar to use some widgets, but i don’t know how I can change the color and make fixed like the menu navigation bar, i want to use same color and size to be exactly the same like the menu navigation bar.
Can you please give me some light on this task ?
