My theme not Mobile responsible on woocomerce

Hello,
I’m using Virtue pro theme with Woocommerce -> *Login to see link
I realised that when I proceed to order, and fill contact/payment info, the theme isn’t mobile responsive [Using on an Iphone7].
Please take a look. on this printscreen
The weird part is that when I go in the Chrome inspector and simulate mobile, it loos responsive.
Do you know how I could fix that ?
