Removal of the category titles under thumbnails on the shop page

On the Virtue Bold theme, when setting the shop page to display Categories only, the thumbnails are shown with the category title along with a count of products (image attached). I would like to remove both the title of the category (and product count) from this page. I’ve tried to locate the identifiers to use in the CSS but I’m not figuring it out.
