Sticky footer

Yup, you read that right. I have a client asking if there’s a way to make the footer sticky. So the middle part of the page will scroll but the header and footer will always remain static. Certainly I know how to do that for areas in the header, but I don’t believe there’s a setting to accomplish this for the footer. Is it possible to achieve through a CSS tweak?
