organizing posts numerically

I’m writing a book in posts on my pinnacle theme blog. I post chapters by title of post. I identify each chapter number in the subtitle. The posts are all in one Category. When I view the category of posts I’d like to have them in numerical chapter order. Is there a plug-in I can use for this?
