Sensei Lesson Formatting Issues

On Sensei lesson pages/posts:
The pages are displaying content edge to edge. I’m finding no way to set any kind of margin or container.
The site’s Primary Sidebar content is showing up at the bottom of the lesson pages, even though I’ve set the lesson’s Sidebar Option to: Display Sidebar: No
I suspect these issues are connected.
Same with the Course overview page itself: *Login to see link
