Unable to set a separate mobile menu

Hi Team,
It seems that I am unable to set a separate mobile menu that is different from the primary menu. There is no check box under Appearance > Menu for me to set a mobile menu. I am currently only seeing Primary, Topbar and Footer Navigation.
