Using a Table on Mobile

I used the “table” shortcode inside Siteorigin Pagebuilder, inside a row with a Visual Editor widget.
I understand that tables can be problematic, especially on small screens. I’m wondering if there is a good alternative, or a way to get this to work better. It looks fine in landscape mode on an iPhone, but in portrait mode it’s a bit of a disaster, extending off the screen. Can you suggest a workaround or an alternative.
