Hi!

We have started selling from our site which is great. For some reason, one of the customers didn’t claim his coupon and other customer didn’t select the Free Shipping option (which sometimes is pre-selected and sometimes not).

Is there any great plugin or app that would make the free shipping automatic? Is there any plugin that would improve the coupon claim – so it’s more user-friendly?

We just want to get everything right from the start, so we don’t lose some valuable customers because of technical issues.
