Example:

I have a Featured Image set for the post. I have also set the Theme Options as follows:

Blog Post Defaults Standard
Standard Blog Post Summary Default: Landscape Image

Blog Post Defaults Image
Image Blog Post Summary Default: Landscape Image

Single Image Post Head Content: Image
