Cart Empty

Hi, I am having a problem after recent multiple upgrades of virtue-premium and woo commerce. The cart shows totally empty even after adding the product, only when using as a guest. I tried deactivating all the plugins keeping only woo commerce. And still doesn’t work. I also tried enabling the ajax to add to cart in woocommerce setting. I couldn’t get anywhere. I am still not sure since when i have this problem. Just happen to notice today. I usually get orders at least once in 2 days but not recently. so i was checking if everything works and happen to found this empty cart problems.
I have noticed two new php (header.php and footer.php) with new upgrade. and it is empty. i don’t think that it is creating conflict though. So, not sure about this stuffs due to very limited knowledge about coding.
