Drop Down Menu Adjustments

I keep going over the Google Chrome Inspect tool, but am having trouble identifying the element to adjust.
I’m trying to left align the Drop-down menu items with the primary menu item for both Services and Our Work
AND
I’m trying to reduce the point size for the drop-down menu items.
The site I’m trying to make the adjustments on is *Login to see link
What elements do I want to use to tweak those in the Advanced Settings?
