Plugins compatibility issues

Many of your plugins need updates, on my live server I have php 7.1 and local 7.2
On my local, I simply cannot have many of them activated as they slow down my server or they don’t function normally.
On my live site, it is the same, worst is the Related content plugin, I get this error many times if the plugin is activated

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
Because of this issues, I can’t have many of your plugins activated!
If I view pages its ok when I am logged in but if logged out, it takes minutes for the page to load and all I can see is the carousel text, repeated multiple times and nothing else is displayed.
I am really busy as the plan is to launch a new site today, therefore, I don’t have time to search all the error messages and post them.
I should mention I am not using any of your themes on this particular site. It is the Responsive Pro from cyberchimps.
