Theme Options not available

Hi, my web host moved our website to a new server. Now, the Theme options menu option is listed, along with each menu item in that, but when you clikc on it to open and change features (ie. Home page layout) nothing loads. They are at a loss to determine why this has occurred with the move. Can you shed any light on what may need to be updated in order for the theme options content to be returned. It looks like the url is correct for the option (I checked with other installs l have) but nothing shows. Any help would be appreciated.
