Home portfolio has no filter

Hi again!
Just one question I forgot in my other post. I have added a portfolio to my homepage, but the filter does not appear. I checked the settings but can’t find where to modify this. Can you help me out?
Main Page: *Login to see link
I want the portfolio section to look like *Login to see link with the category filter on top.
