Woocommerce & Theme Virtue not compatible

I have a problem my Virtue theme of kADENCE is no longer synchronized with woocommerce. Customers pay but I do not see their order on woocommerce and I already tried to disable and reactivate the plugins but the problem comes from the theme, thank you for helping me so your developer can solve that!
