Add Cart Icon in Topbar Mobile and Desktop

Hi,
I have added a WPML language switcher widget (flags) which displays inline with my primary menu in desktop and next to my responsive (hamburger) menu on mobile.
I would like to add a shopping cart link icon next to this widget, could you please help me figure out where to add this?
The icon could be a stock cart icon in the kadence theme if one exists, or a png from internet stock images.
I would like it to display like this in mobile: *Login to see link
And like this in desktop (top right): *Login to see link
