Mobile navigation and pages messed up.

I don’t know what happened, but my mobile settings became messed up recently. All of the links in navigation lead to “page not found” and the navigation is not the drop down that I had set up. There are also unusual characters on the home page and the carousel is distorted.
I am only on my phone right now but was using a laptop earlier, none of these problems were apparent. A client just called and was not able to navigate my site… Where do I start in fixing this? Here is my website:
