Main Settings not Saving

Hello I was using the free version of Virtue, I just updated to the premium but all the changes I’m wanting to make won’t save.
I see the note saying -Settings have changed, you should save them!- on top, and I click the saved changes button, and I get the -Settings Saved!- but they don’t. everything stays the same.
