Top bar in Hebrew

Hello,
The top bar for the page in Hebrew, *Login to see link changed as you can see (the search form and language flags are aligned to the center). Is it possible to keep, for all the pages in Hebrew, same arrangement in top bar as in the pages in Romanian, *Login to see link (language flags aligned to the left, and search form to the right)?
Also, how can I change the word ”Search” in the search form with an word in Hebrew (like ”לחפש”)?
