Hello Kadence team

We are using the Pinnacle Pro theme on two websites: http://www.volirium.com and http://www.flytec-balloon.com

On those two sites, we have four contact forms:



Unfortunately, as I just found out, none of them works. I filled in each of them, but did not receive any email messages in the configured account.

To send mails, we use Easy WP SMTP. Sending test mails from that plugin works fine.

What’s interesting is that the forms behave differently between volirium.com and flytec-balloon.com when I click on “Send Email”. On volirium.com, the page just reloads, with an empty form. On flytec-balloon.com, the page reloads with the message “your message has been sent”. But neither email arrives.

How can I debug this? Are there any logs that I can check to see where things break down?
