Standardizing Product Size in Product Pages

Hello Virtue by Kadence Themes,
When I got to my specific product pages, all of the pictures are different sizes – filling to the size of the box. Can you please give me the CSS that allows me to limit/adjust the pictures to a certain size. I would prefer the image ‘shrinks’ to the size as opposed to cutting off the excess on either side. Looking to do this just on the specific product pages, not the overall shop page.
