I could use some help with a couple of issues, please.

1. I’d like to remove the white space below the colored background color on the top row. Usually I just edit the row, click on layout, and place a “0” in the bottom margin section, but it’s not working this time.

2. It looks like my top image here isn’t really going full width stretched, the width of the image is 2000px so it should, but it looks like there is space on each side.
