Blockquote styling

Hi
I am using blockquote on this page. the current styling is coming from manual coding.
I see css styling of blockquote in ascend theme files. I want to know if there is any set format to use for the proper application of blockquotes styling?
I want to apply the builtin styling so that when I click b-quote, in the editor, the start quote image and end quote image should be applied appropriately which is not properly placed at present.
