featured image in a post

Hi, i’m struggling with a little problem but i cannot get a solution: i want to display the featured image once in the post detail page… i mean…if you go here *Login to see link there are some post… but if i click one and i enter in it i cannot see the featured image anywhere… i mean, i expected to see it in the top of the page… or as background as you do here *Login to see link …. well, i see i have the header configuration in the post where i can put a picture, a title a subtitle… and so on… but is there a way to do it automatically as we have the picture and the title already put in the post?
