Logo Resizing

Good Morning!
I am trying to get our new logo to be smaller on our header. Regardless of what size I make the image manually in photoshop, it always appears the same when I put it in the header. The logo spacing doesn’t make it smaller, either. Could you please let me know how to change the logo size within the theme?
