Embed Pop Up Mail Chimp

Hi,
I would like to embed a pop up from Mail Chimp in my site. I don’t know how to insert the code:

I’ve tried it in the editor but nothing seems to work. Can anybody help me please? I would like it on each page or on selected pages, I’m still not sure.
