Ascend vs Virtue for E-Commerce

I’ve been doing alot of research as to which E-Commerce theme to use. I’ve been using both Ascend and Virtue with great results for non-E-Commerce. It seems to me that when doing E-Commerce prompt support is absolutely critical and I’ve always received excellent support here at Kadence. I’ve seen alot of support issues with Shopify and Flatsome. I am curious about other people’s experiences with using Virtue or Ascend for E-Commerce have been.
