Using Better Search Replace

I am now using BSReplace with http://www.celebratingyourjourney.com. The Dry run comes up with the following:
wp_pinterest_automatic – 4 changes found
wpbp_cp_calculated_fields_form_settings – 7 changes found
wpbo_gdbc_attempts – 2 changes found
wpbo_options – 14 changes found
wpbo_postmeta – 1918 changes found
wpbo_posts – 1190 changes found
wpbo_usermeta – 1 change found
wpbo_yoast_seo_links – 263 changes found
Before I uncheck dry run and search/replace officially, anything there I should know about? I did back up my database already prior to doing this.
