Is there a setting that would hide the Secondary Menu?

Hey there, I feel like I’m missing something obvious. There was a secondary menu at one point, I swear – I’m not crazy.
I have the settings correct – and I’m a little confused.
Theme Location Assigned Menu
Primary Navigation Main Nav
Secondary Navigation Second-Layer-Menu”
Mobile Navigation Mobile
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
