jQuery is not defined error

From Google’s developer tools console I get the following for three of my older Virtue websites:
(index):110 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at (index):110
(anonymous) @ (index):110
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, *Login to see link JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
Highlighted script of error:

This is happening on http:specialistfinishes.com.au, *Login to see link and *Login to see link which are my oldest Virtue sites. All sites are setup the same for autoptimize plugin. None of the other Virtue nor any Pinnacle sites are showing this error. Can you help please?
