Thin vertical lines for LTR changed after CSS code

There was a problem with the thin vertical lines between the items of primary menu in Hebrew pages, here: *Login to see link

After adding the code, now the previous problem appeared for the pages in Romanian (left-to-right), see here: *Login to see link
