Header graphic cropped on some screens

The header graphic at imarriedthewar.com Our Team page is cropped on some screens, where the right side of the header only shows a small part of the man’s face with the remaining cropped off. I have tested the page with Chrome and Firefox and on my PC computers the page renders correctly. But on another set of computers, PC and Mac, the header graphic is cropped on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
The settings for the header graphic are the same for every page:
position: Center Top
Background cover
Padding bottom 200

Also, on smartphones and tablets, the header graphic does not resize on pages other than the home page.
