Set translation from English to German

hi,
I just found this link on google: *Login to see link and was hoping you could help me out as it does not seem to be a problem by the theme.
I am trying to set the YouTube subtitle by default in German language:
I was using:
<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”*Login to see link frameborder=”0″ allow=”autoplay; encrypted-media” allowfullscreen></iframe>
I set de for en, so German language for English, but it does not work. The subtitle is still in English.
Could you help me out?
