Missing mobile menu option in Pinnacle

Hello, I use Pinnacle Premium (on http://www.southerlychange.net) & want to create a mobile menu. The documentation for Pinnacle says there are four menus offered as part of Pinnacle (Primary, Topbar, Footer & Mobile). However, when I go into Appearance>Menus>Manage Locations, this is what I see:
Your theme supports 3 menus. Select which menu appears in each location.
Primary Navigation
Topbar Navigation
Footer Navigation
.. thats it – no mobile menu option at all.
I’ve created a mobile menu (within Appearance>Menus>Edit Menus) but am unable to assign it to actually be displayed on mobile.
