Hi Team, a question on process.

The team at Retired Working Dogs are loving the listing of dogs available for adoption which was built using Virtue Portfolio items. They really like the way you can change Portfolio Type and see the different types of dog awaiting a home.

When a site visitor wants to advertise a dog for adoption, they apply on a form which is then emailed to a team member. The team member then does a copy and paste of the content into a new Portfolio item, and uses the included image as a Featured Image.

I’ve had a request to investigate improving this arrangement. Would it be possible for the information entered by the applicant to go directly to a new Portfolio Item? The Item could be saved as “Draft” or “Pending Review”. Then a team member could login and review any new items.

Does this sound feasible? Or are we going about this the wrong way?
Thanks very much,
Phil.
