Update 1.7.5 + import options

Dear Ben,
I’m not able to restore the options after doing update.
Currently using version 1.7.4, I tried to upgrade to 1.7.5 and 1.7.9.
I’ve done several times before the process of updating and am familiar with it.
However, with this new “Theme Options”, the file generated by versions 1.7.4 – does not seem to be compatible with versions 1.7.5 +.
I’ve searched the documentation and this forum, but I noticed that the upgrade process continues as before.
Is there any new step?
