Problem with fonts

Hi guys,
Please help me with fonts. I extremely confused.
I use the same font everywhere – Roboto.
Site is in Russian – Cyrillic. Roboto shown in text but not in titles. Also, when I bold text or put links – roboto is not shown. There is another fornt that I hate. I believe that there is a default font. How to change it?
As I mentioned, Roboto is selected for all fonts.
