Tick Box not Working on Registration Form

Hi, I have installed UserPro to handel my sites registration and USer management
I want users to agree to TR&Cs on registration which has a field and tick box
Virtue Premium seems to be blockign users from ticking the box on the Registration fro (at least in egernating a visible tick in the box)
I have disable Virtue and used 2018 theme and it works fine. I have disabled all plugins except UserPor and the bug persists so this is clearly a theme calsh
Any ideas or work arounds – screen grab here
