Kadence Slider background Image error

Hi there,
I have been using the Kadence slider on two different sites today and when I add a background image to a slide, they all disappear. None of the slides or their content is visible – it only works when I add an individual image, not a background one.
One of these sites is using the Pinnacle theme, but the other isn’t using a Kadence theme and they both have the same error.
