Swipe functionality for lightbox on touch-enabled devices

Hi there
Is there a way to add swipe functionality to the theme’s lightbox? I believe this would offer a more intuitive and familiar navigation method on touch-enabled devices than having to press the arrows (or somewhere in their vicinity). I have been using the Photoswipe Masonry plugin, which features great touch functionality, but would prefer to be able to use your excellent range of galleries and lightbox.
