Hybrid Connect doesn't work

Hello everybody inhere,
I have a problem with the plugin Hybrid Connect.
It does not work at all altough I disactivated all plugins beside the HC.
First I has been able to design the optin form but saving of Auto-Responder-Code was not possible.
Now after I switched off all the plugins HC don’t even show up my connectors anymore.

Because no other plugins can be the reason, I’m afraid the theme can cause the conflict…
does anybody know about such problem with HC?
