Accounts problem

Hello guys,
I have noticed that I have some problems. I googled around and found it could be a conflict with a theme as well as many other things. I have virtue for a long time, but I have to say I am totally desperate.
I tried my hosting tech support, but they just gave up as they could not resolve the issue.
At the moment I am unable to log in into my dashboard as well create any new accounts. Or log in into any account.
I have a multi site and it works via one, but not the other.
So I can’t log in via: *Login to see link
or *Login to see link
or password reset , though I do not need to reset the password. I have done that via different routes and It never works. It is just that no matter what I try, whether it is registering new account or logging in, the page will just refresh.
I can, however log in through the rdbroyal.com/wp-admin and then I stay logged in when I go to .SK domain, but that is more of a workaround and it does not solve the issue.
If you can help me, I will probably build a statue in your honor.
Just let me know what you need.
