No lightbox on Woo extras product gallery

Hi,
The Lightbox on the product gallery seems to have stopped working. Lightbox is still enabled in Theme Options and I don’t see anything I’ve done that could cause this.

Clicking on main gallery image opens media item rather than Lightbox view.
Is there something I’m missing here? Appreciate any light you can shed on this.
