URGENT help needed to avoid hosting being suspended

I have a very niche website with low visitor numbers yet my host has just contacted me to say they are suspending my account due to over usage which is crashing their servers. Apparently this is something to do with a malfunctioning theme or conflicts with plugins. I have until Friday to sort this otherwise they will take my site offline. I have students subscribed all over the world who need to constantly access their tutorials. Can anyone login to my host and identify where this error is coming from please?
