Size of staff pictures

Hi –
I am having a problem with the sizing of staff pictures. The theme is injecting a huge amount of padding around the staff photos of the site. I have tried styling around it with no luck. Could you provide some guidance for me? The URL is:
What is strange is that it has been working fine up until now. Not sure what changed. Appreciate your help.
